Prices shown are wholesale without GST.

Shipping:
Every effort will be made to deliver order on time. We generally ship orders via courier at the best possible rates and national freight varies depending upon destination. There is no additional cost for handling. We make sure orders were sent in mint condition.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Pricing
Prices charged are those ruling at the date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notices.

2. Freight
Freight will be charged based on cost and transferred on to the customer.

3. Payment
Until credit facilities have been established, goods will be supplied after payment is received in full. Overdue accounts will require payment before delivery until the account is brought up to date.

4. Returns
Return of goods will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
a. All returns to be advised in writing with Washi invoice number quoted.
b. Goods to be returned to Washi within 7 days of invoice date & in original condition.
c. Freight and delivery charges are not eligible for credit.
d. Subject to a 10% restocking fee for wrongly ordered items.
e. Any product which has been altered or modified in any way will not be accepted for credit.

5. Price Disputes
Must be advised in writing to Washi within 14 days of invoice.

6. Property
Property in and ownership of all products remains with Washi and will not pass to the customer until all products and other debts owing to Washi by the customer have been paid in full.
